    4. First Session: We meet on confidentiality-compliant Zoom to explore your story and what you’re looking for in a therapist.

    5. Next Steps: We wrap up by deciding together if continuing feels right for you.

    • Format: 50–55 minute sessions via confidentiality-compliant Zoom.

    • Your Pace: A space to slow down, explore, or build structure—always honoring your nervous system’s capacity.

    • The Work: A blend of honest insight, emotional processing, and practical skill-building.

    • The Plan: Collaborative goal-setting with resources to support your growth between sessions.

  • Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. I draw from several evidence-based modalities to create a custom approach that fits your needs.

    1. Understanding Your Roots & Context

We look at the "big picture" of your life to understand where you came from and how it shapes who you are today.

    • Psychodynamic & Attachment-Based: We explore how early relationships and unconscious patterns influence your present, helping you move forward with more freedom.

    • Systems & Feminist Perspectives: We consider your full context—family, culture, and society—to understand what supports or strains your well-being, centering your autonomy.

    2. Befriending Your Mind & Body

We move away from shame and self-criticism toward curiosity and safety.

    • Internal Family Systems (IFS) / Parts Work: We get curious about the different "parts" of you (even the difficult ones) to help them work together rather than in conflict.

    • Trauma-Informed & Mindful Self-Compassion: Grounded in safety and choice, these approaches build kinder inner dialogue and resilience through difficult emotions.

    3. Practical Tools for Change

We build concrete strategies that work with your brain, not against it.

    • Neurodivergent-Affirming: Your brain is respected as it is. We build strategies that honor your unique wiring.

    • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): We identify patterns in thoughts and behaviors so you can shift what is no longer serving you.

  • I know life can be unpredictable, so I try to make scheduling as simple and flexible as possible. View the policies here.

All scheduling happens through the secure client portal—it’s the easiest way to book, cancel, or reschedule.
