I work with adults who are high-achieving, exhausted, and often neurodivergent — navigating trauma, burnout, anxiety, and the weight of holding it all together. This is depth work, not a quick fix.

What   to  Expect

    1. Schedule: Book a free consultation through the portal or send me a message via the contact form.

    2. Coordination: Look for an email from me within 24–48 hours to finalize the details and check your benefits.

    3. Preparation: You’ll complete a few digital forms from home before our first session.

    4. First Session: We meet on confidentiality-compliant Zoom to explore your story and what you’re looking for in a therapist.

    5. Next Steps: We wrap up by deciding together if continuing feels right for you.

    • Format: 50–55 minute sessions via confidentiality-compliant Zoom.

    • Your Pace: A space to slow down, explore, or build structure—always honoring your nervous system’s capacity.

    • The Work: A blend of honest insight, emotional processing, and deep understanding of your patterns.

    • The Plan: Collaborative goal-setting with resources to support your growth between sessions.

  • Therapy here isn't one-size-fits-all — I draw from several approaches depending on what you need. But the through-line is always the same: we slow down, get curious, and go underneath the surface.

    Parts work (IFS): We get to know the different parts of you — the critic, the perfectionist, the one that keeps everyone at arm's length — and help them work together instead of against each other.

    Trauma-informed care: Everything moves at your pace. We build safety first and let the deeper work unfold from there.

    Self-compassion: Learning to treat yourself with the same kindness you'd offer someone you love. This sounds simple. It's usually the hardest part.

    Neurodivergent-affirming: Your brain is not the problem. We work with your wiring, not against it.

Standard Session: $185 (sliding scale $120)

Insurance: Aetna, Anthem, American Plan Administrators, Highmark, Lifewise, Premera, and most BCBS plans

Superbills: possible out of network reimbursement
