Easy & Flexible Scheduling

I know life can be unpredictable, so I try to make scheduling as simple and flexible as possible.

• Need to Cancel or Reschedule? Please give at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer that time to someone else.

• Late or Missed Appointments: If you miss a session or arrive more than 15 minutes late, the full session fee applies.

• Rescheduling Missed Sessions: If you can reschedule within 6 days and there’s a spot available, the fee may be waived—because I understand things come up!

• Payment: Fees are collected at the end of your session or when insurance is billed at the end of the work week.
